Currently, Tsinghua University offers 38 undergraduate programs to international students. The undergraduate programs have a schooling system of 4 years, except that the architecture program requires 5 years. The programs are delivered in Chinese or bilingually in Chinese and English. Bachelor’s degree and graduation certificate are awarded to those who have finished all the course work required and passed thesis defense.

At present, Tsinghua University offers 84 Master’s and 64 Doctoral programs to international students. Master’s programs have usually a schooling system of 2-3 years, and Doctoral programs 3-4 years. Certificates of degrees and graduation will be awarded to those finishing all the course work and passing thesis/dissertation defense.
Ten of the Master’s programs are offered in English, and the others are offered in Chinese or bilingually in Chinese and English.
