Taxi
There is a taxi station just outside the gate of each terminal on the 1st floor. The total fee from the airport to Tsinghua is about 100 RMB yuan, more or less depending on the situation of the traffic.
You should better take a taxi from the officially specified station. Make sure there is a Service Supervisor Card attached in the taxi. Remember to get a receipt after you pay. Shuttle Bus
There are several shuttle bus routes to the downtown. The nearest one to Tsinghua is Route 5 to Zhongguancun. The ticket costs 16 RMB yuan. You can take Route 5 to the terminal station Zhongguancun and take a taxi for the rest 4 kilometers.

The Beijing Railway Station is about 35 kilometers from the campus. Depending on the traffic situation, it may cost 80-100 RMB yuan and may take 1 or 2 hours to reach the campus by taxi.
Another option is to use the Beijing subway system. Get on Line 2 (loop line) at the Beijing Railway Station (Beijingzhan), transfer at the Xizhimen Station to Line 13, and get off at Wudaokou Station, followed by a 10-minute walk to the east gate of Tsinghua campus.
The Beijing bus system is also available. There are several stations around the campus: Qinghuayuan station at the south gate, Qinghuaximen station at the west gate, Wudaokou station and Shuangqinglu station at the east gate.
Campus shuttle buses are available. At each gate there is a station. FSAO is close to the Northeast Gate Station (Dongbeixiaomen).
